About TKL

We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves TKL Group as one of the leading manufacturers of Heavy Duty Brake Parts. We are located in Zhejiang province, 2 hours from Shanghai and Ningbo port. TKL was set up in 1979, with our continuous and dedicated effort, today we are a professional manufacturer having IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System of Auto Brake Parts for Semi-Trailer and Heavy Truck. We were judged as one of the TOP 100 Auto Spare Parts Manufacturers in CHINA and the TOP 10 air brake manufacturers in CHINA.

TKL Producing Department

There are more than 180 sets of production and inspection equipment in producing department. Our manufacturing units are equipped with die casting machines, CNC Machines, punch machines, wash machines, vacuum sealing equipment, metal surface oxidation equipment, assembly lines, and test equipment for airproof, durability, high &low temperature, static characteristics, anti-vibration, etc.

Cooperating with Dongfeng Company, successfully developed the first product "Quick Connector" as a good beginning.

Cooperating with CIMC Group, successfully developed and batch-matched "110205 Relay Emergency Valve".

The foundation stone was laid for a factory in Fengqiao Industrial Zone covering 20000㎡, and relocation was completed in 2007.
Established TKL brand, launched the global trademark registration, taking the first step of TKL brand internationalization journey.

Established ZHEJIANG BAILI MACHINERY CO., LTD. New production base built.

The first overseas office, Colombia office, was set up.
Passed the TS 16949 Quality Management System Certification, a strong guarantee of product quality.

Introduced technical teams and started differentiated product development, successfully developed 065225 AD-9 Air Dryer for American trucks and supplied to American S&S Company in batch.
Honored as one of the top 100 auto parts enterprises in China.
Passed the evaluation of science and technology enterprises in Zhejiang Province.

The second overseas company, Dubai Branch, was established. The first overseas warehouse was also set up there.
Honored as Zhejiang Famous Trademark, and the brand influence was continuously improved.
